ALEIA, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a demanding and creative fine dining environment, alongside an international team committed to precision, consistency and excellence.

A day in the life

As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your assigned section during mise en place and service, working closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the brigade. You will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards that define ALEIA, while continuing to develop your technical skills and knowledge within a two Michelin-starred kitchen.

Responsibilities

·Manage your assigned section during mise en place and service
·Prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency and attention to detail
·Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation
·Ensure the correct handling, storage and preparation of ingredients
·Keep your workstation clean, organised and efficient
·Work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the brigade
·Support the development of junior members of the team
·Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain the standards expected

Must have

·Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position within a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining restaurant
·Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques
·Passion for gastronomy, exceptional ingredients and continuous learning
·Excellent organisation and ability to work efficiently under pressure
·Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
·Positive attitude, professionalism and strong teamwork skills
·EU citizenship or a valid visa/work permit allowing you to work legally in Spain
