We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of Spain's most acclaimed fine dining restaurants.

A day in the life

As Assistant Restaurant Manager ', you'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the Front of House team and delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to inspire the team, anticipate guests' needs and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standards. This is a permanent full-time position with continuous service from Wednesday to Saturday and three consecutive days off every week, offering an outstanding work-life balance. Working closely with the Front of house and the kitchen team, you'll help coordinate service, mentor colleagues and contribute to the seamless, personalized hospitality that defines Amelia.

Responsibilities

·Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
·Maintain Michelin-level standards and outstanding guest experiences
·Coordinate service efficiently with the kitchen team
·Resolve guest requests professionally and ensure operational excellence
·Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards

Must have

·Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred
·Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
·Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
·Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude
·Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
