We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie ready to grow within one of Spain's leading fine dining restaurants.
A day in the life
As Chef de Partie at Amelia, you will take ownership of one of the kitchen sections, working alongside a talented and international team in a fast-paced, two Michelin-starred environment.
Every day is an opportunity to refine your technique, deepen your understanding of exceptional seasonal produce and contribute to a dining experience recognised at the highest level of gastronomy. Working closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the brigade, you will help maintain the standards of excellence that define Amelia and Chef Paulo Airaudo.
This is a full-time, permanent position for the 2026 season, with opportunities for long-term career development within Paulo Airaudo Group.
Responsibilities
- ·Manage your assigned kitchen section during mise en place and service
- ·Prepare and present dishes with exceptional consistency, precision and attention to detail
- ·Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and the kitchen brigade to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- ·Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation
- ·Monitor stock levels and ensure the correct handling and storage of ingredients
- ·Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised workstation
- ·Support junior chefs and contribute positively to the team's development
- ·Continuously seek improvement and uphold the standards of a two Michelin-starred kitchen
Must have
- ·Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Michelin-starred restaurant or fine dining kitchen
- ·Excellent knowledge of professional cooking techniques
- ·Passion for exceptional ingredients, precision and continuous learning
- ·Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- ·Positive attitude, professionalism and excellent teamwork
- ·Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit allowing them to work legally in Spain
