A day in the life
As a Line Cook, you'll be part of a close-knit kitchen team preparing traditional Basque dishes, daily menus and pintxos using the finest local and seasonal ingredients. Every service is an opportunity to showcase authentic flavours while maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in traditional Basque cuisine, a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a passion for cooking.
Responsibilities
- ·Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards
- ·Support daily menu, à la carte and pintxos production
- ·Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards
- ·Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
- ·Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every service
Must have
- ·Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- ·Experience preparing traditional Basque cuisine, daily menus, à la carte dishes and pintxos
- ·Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- ·Passion for quality ingredients and attention to detail
- ·EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain
