A day in the life
As a Line Cook at La Bottega, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen team preparing authentic Italian dishes in a fast-paced, informal environment.
You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, consistency and respect for traditional Italian flavours, from pasta and pizzas to daily specials. Every service is an opportunity to deliver simple, honest and high-quality food.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in Italian cuisine, a strong team spirit and a proactive attitude
Responsibilities
- ·Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with consistency and quality
- ·Support daily service including à la carte and specials
- ·Work efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team
- ·Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards
- ·Ensure respect for traditional Italian recipes and techniques
Must have
- ·Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- ·Previous experience in Italian cuisine (preferred)
- ·Ability to work in a fast-paced, informal kitchen environment
- ·Strong team spirit and positive attitude
- ·Good attention to detail and consistency
- ·EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
