We are looking for passionate and professional Waitstaff to join our teams at Paulo Airaudo Group. A day in the life

As part of our Waitstaff team, you will be responsible for providing a warm, attentive, and professional service to our guests throughout their experience. Your day will include preparing your station before service, welcoming and assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every detail is taken care of. You will work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

·Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
·Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
·Serve food and beverages according to the standards of each restaurant.
·Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service station
·Ensure guests' needs are anticipated and attended to throughout their experience.
·Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
·Handle guest requests and questions in a professional and efficient manner.
·Follow service, hygiene, and safety standards.
·Support the team before, during, and after service.
·Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment

Must have

·Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in restaurants or high-end dining environments.
·Strong customer service and communication skills.
·A professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
·Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in providing an excellent guest experience.
·Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit allowing them to work legally in Spain.

Nice to have

·Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, or other beverage service.
·Good level of English and Spanish.
·Additional languages are a plus.
·Strong interest in gastronomy and hospitality.
