Aleia earns second Michelin star
Aleia joins Barcelona’s two-Michelin-star restaurants

At the MICHELIN Guide Spain 2026 ceremony, Aleia was awarded its second Michelin Star, joining the select group of two-star restaurants in Barcelona. The distinction comes three years after the restaurant received its first Michelin Star and four years after opening its doors at Hotel Casa Fuster on Passeig de Gràcia.
A founding project of chef Paulo Airaudo, Aleia is led day to day by executive chef Rafa de Bedoya, with Paula Miguel directing the dining room. Together with their team, they have developed a cuisine that combines Andalusian roots with Mediterranean produce, shaped through four years of consistent work and attention to detail.
