Aleia recognized by Opinionated About Dining.

Aleia has been recognised by Opinionated About Dining (OAD), the international ranking founded by Steven Plotnicki and built on the assessments of thousands of seasoned diners. The Barcelona restaurant placed 16th on OAD's list of the Top New Restaurants in Europe for 2024, among only a handful of Spanish houses to feature so prominently.

Set within the modernist Hotel Casa Fuster on Passeig de Gràcia, Aleia is led under the vision of Paulo Airaudo with chef Rafael de Bedoya, whose cooking draws his Andalusian roots together with the finest Mediterranean produce. The restaurant has since continued to appear on OAD's wider Top Restaurants in Europe leaderboard.

The recognition adds to a steady trajectory for the house, which earned its second Michelin star in November 2025, and reflects the standards the Paulo Airaudo Group pursues across each of its restaurants.
