Amelia & Ibai in Bon Viveur

Spanish gastronomy guide Bon Viveur features both of chef Paulo Airaudo's San Sebastián addresses in its 2026 selections of the city's Michelin-starred tables. Amelia by Paulo Airaudo appears among the two-star houses, noted as the only restaurant in the city to hold the distinction, while iBai by Paulo Airaudo is recognised among the one-star establishments.
