The Best Chef Awards 2025
International recognition at Best Chef Awards.

At The Best Chef Awards 2025, held in Milan, the group's work was recognised on one of gastronomy's most closely watched international stages. Paulo Airaudo features in the awards with a Two Knives — World Class distinction for Amelia in San Sebastián, a placing within the highest reaches of the guide's tiered recognition system.
Since 2024, The Best Chef Awards has set aside traditional numbered rankings in favour of its Knife system, grouping chefs by impact and skill across three tiers rather than ordering them by position. The 2025 edition drew a voting body of close to a thousand chefs and industry professionals worldwide.
The recognition extended across the group: Rafa de Bedoya, who leads Aleia in Barcelona alongside Airaudo, was likewise honoured at the Milan ceremony with a Two Knives — World Class distinction, a result he described as international acknowledgement among the world's leading kitchens.
