Luca's at La Gemma Florence
Luca's opens inside the prestigious La Gemma Hotel.

On the first floor of Palazzo Paoletti, in the heart of Florence, Luca’s opened in 2023 inside Hotel La Gemma — the boutique property created by the Cecchi family, with the restaurant named in memory of Luca Cecchi. Chef & Founder Paulo Airaudo leads the project’s culinary vision, while Chef Vittorio De Palma oversees the kitchen on a daily basis, interpreting Tuscan traditions through a contemporary and internationally informed perspective.
In November 2025, Luca’s was awarded its first Michelin Star in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2026. The recognition marked Paulo Airaudo’s first Michelin Star in Italy, adding to the distinctions earned across his restaurants in Europe and Asia.
