Paulo Airaudo: eight Michelin stars across the group
Eight Michelin stars across the group.

With Aleia's second Michelin star, awarded at the Guide's Spain ceremony in November 2025, the Paulo Airaudo Group now holds eight Michelin stars across its restaurants. It is a milestone that gathers, under a single vision, kitchens spread across three continents.
The constellation is shared among five houses: Amelia in San Sebastián (two stars), Aleia in Barcelona (two), Noi in Hong Kong (two), Ibai in San Sebastián (one) and Luca's in Florence (one). Each reflects a distinct setting, yet a shared commitment to seasonality, precision and respect for the product.
The recognition is a tribute to the teams behind every service, and to chef Rafa de Bedoya at Aleia, whose work in Barcelona carried the restaurant to its second star. For the group, it marks not an endpoint but an invitation to keep refining every detail.
