Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo Joins the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026
Sartoría enters the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026.

Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo has been included in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026, joining the selection of restaurants highlighted by the guide in Bangkok. Located on the 56th floor of The Empire in Sathorn, the restaurant combines panoramic views of the city skyline with a contemporary interpretation of Tuscan cuisine.
The MICHELIN Guide describes Sartoria as a warm and elegant dining room inspired by Florence, where Thai produce is paired with carefully selected Japanese and European ingredients. Handmade pasta, dry-aged meats, and seafood form the foundation of a menu that balances Italian culinary heritage with a contemporary approach.
The inclusion marks an important milestone for Sartoria, Paulo Airaudo’s first restaurant in Southeast Asia, and reflects its growing presence within Bangkok’s contemporary dining scene.
